You most likely have seen me talking about Happier Healthier Fitter a few times. But do you really know what it’s about?

Happier Healthier Fitter (Or HHF if you prefer) is all about YOU, and getting your life back on track. It’s about slow, sustainable changes to your lifestyle, that lead you towards a much more active, energetic, happy life. There’s no fad diets or radical changes here. Just stuff you can actually stick to long term.

Besides that, it’s all online, and for women only. So provided you are female, and wanting to make some good changes to your life, it doesn’t matter where in the world you live, or what your lifestyle is like now.

From it’s name, you can probably guess what it’s about – Getting you happier, healthier and fitter. Makes sense, huh?

But what does that actually entail? How do we do that?

Well, for a start, I meet you wherever you are starting. So many “Challenges” give you a cookie cutter programme, and assume we all have the same fitness goals and abilities. But we don’t.

So we talk. We talk about where you are at NOW. Where you want to be. What it is you want to get out of this. What is a realistic plan for YOU?

We’re all different and I work hard to make sure this programme reflects that. You’re going to get much better results if we plan our 10 weeks together around YOU.

So what’s the goal? Well, that’s up to you. Like I said, I meet you wherever you need me to. So we work together to set realistic targets.

Is walking to the letterbox a struggle? Then that’s where we will start. Go to the gym, but need someone to nudge you a couple of times a week to make sure you actually GO? Then let’s work on that. We decide what your most likely to stick with, otherwise you won’t carry on with it, and you come away feeling de-moralised (and thinking my programme is shit. It’s really not!!) But, if it’s not realistic for what you need – why waste your time and money?

So that’s goal setting. What else is it about?

Accountability. Yep. It’s kind of the buzz word for all the cool kids right now. Some of you may be perfectly motivated to get off your ass yourself, without my help, or you might have a buddy who keeps you in check. But for those of you who don’t have someone you can/want to use, I’m your girl. I check in with you daily via a Facebook group, and weekly 1-1 as well, via phone, zoom, skype, whats app or messenger. Sometimes knowing that someone is going to kick your ass if you don’t stick to your plan is enough to get you putting your shoes on and getting moving (or getting you making healthy, nourishing meals instead of getting KFC) I keep tabs on you and make sure you are doing what you said you will.

You also get a whole heap of recipes. I don’t give meal plans – I’m not a qualified nutritionist, and who am I to tell you what to eat? I don’t know what you like! But I do give you a HEAP of recipes. Currently over 100 of them, and when my new members only section is live, there will be over 200. As well as optional workouts, if you are looking for new ways to get moving. These can be tweaked individually where needed to account for injury, equipment etc.

Weekly challenges to keep it interesting, and to introduce a fun but slightly competitive aspect to those who want it.

And finally – the group I mentioned. You’re all doing the same programme, at the same time. Even if your goals are completely different, you still motivate and encourage each other to get to where you want to be, and it has to be fun!

Besides all of that, you get ME. Besides the Accountability side of things, I will be your biggest cheerleader. I want to hear all about your highs and lows – so we can celebrate the highs, and work together to change the lows. If you’re finding things tough, I want to know about it. I will offer support and advice wherever I can, all you need to do is keep talking to me.
