​I’ve been attending Nikki’s group fitness classes for around 12 weeks now, and have found her to be knowledgeable, supportive, understanding and motivating. I was worried at first about joining in a group fitness situation but I’ve found the group environment nothing but supportive. Nikki ensures that no-one is left out, with the exercises tailored to suit any fitness level, she also mixes up the activities to keep it interesting.  I’ve found that I’ve gotten stronger and fitter since attending her classes (now twice a week) and I’m now meeting the goals I set at the beginning, time to come up with some new goals! I would recommend Misfit to anyone!

MisFIT is great, the exercises are varied to cater for each unique body – it’s needs, strengths and weaknesses. Since joining MisFIT I haven’t had any migraines. The exercise is keeping my life in balance better even though I still have the same responsibilities at home and at work. MisFIT keeps me healthy, energised and helps me achieve the things I’ve always dreamed of doing. I like being encouraged to set goals and then have the support to achieve them. Go MisFIT!

In a world where there are so many gyms or groups to  join, I have been to several since my brain injury, and I can honestly say that Nikki went out of her way to ensure my safety (my balance isnt that good), and she provided optons to each exerise so I could particpate in the class.  Nikki listened to what I said I was capable of, researched and asked me questions, and I was never made to feel ‘different’ or excluded because Im not as able-bodied as others, and I recommend Nikki to anyone who is a fitness guru, starting out, or getting back into it.  I wish her the best wih MisFitNZ.

Nikki has a great set up and great ideas for ladies looking to get fit, tone up and lose weight. Her background training in Personal Training reflects in the way she trains you which is big help for motivation and the ‘right way’ to do exercises. I have a really bad lower back after having kids and she researched exercises I could do which put me at ease and there was no pain!!! I look forward to training with her again when I can as she’s a great trainer and really understands and cares. I highly recommend her to anyone that needs that extra push, I know I couldn’t have done it without her.

​I have been seeing Nikki for about 7weeks now. She has been so very supportive and encouraging of my fitness journey. I have joint issues which she effectively works around to still enable me to have a vigorous workout without suffering the next day. She is so nice and encouraging and puts you at total ease. I highly recommend Nikki to anyone deciding whether to make that leap, I am so grateful that I did! As a mother to 2 young kids and 2 step kids and running a household and maintaining a job as a theatre nurse life is hectic and It became easy to say there was no time to fit exercise in. When nikki presented me with the opportunity to have one on one training with her in the comfort of her home PT business I decided to take up the challenge. After completing 6 weeks training with Nikki I had a tonne more energy at work and at home with the family, lost some weight I picked up along the way through winter and also found my motivation again to make time for me. Nikki is professional, knowledgeable and caters to all fitness levels and also customises her workouts to meet specific needs. I look forward to doing more training with Nikki in the future!

​I love Misfit!! Nikki makes you feel comfortable and shows you the right way to do exercises in a supportive environment. I would highly recommend Nikki’s classes to anyone of any fitness level. I feel stronger, healthier, fitter and more motivated in general having attended her classes for around 7 weeks now. I was also really impressed that we are asked to set goals from day one and also set rewards for when we reach our goals! I look forward to the classes every week. 10 out of 10!
