I also know that our first job is to help you love yourself again. It’s no use becoming fit and healthy if you remain unhappy. Food is important and I believe that you should make choices about what to eat based upon what makes you feel good.
With exercise the key is to get moving and get your butt off that couch! I found that the more I moved the more I actually liked being active. Weird, I know, but that is what happens to so many women who would have previously avoided exercise like the plague!
Weight loss will happen when it’s damn ready to. Really annoying, but it is not something we can hurry. Slowly and surely wins the race every time and the best bit about that is it stays away too!

I Really Get It!

I’ve been overweight since my 20’s. But now I am on the right path towards becoming fitter, healthier and stronger. I want to be able to play games with my kids and not be puffed out. Want to join me, too?
​I understand how hard it is to make time for ourselves. I feel the pain of having to move around in an uncomfortable body, the guilt of not being able to do something you want to and the realisation that each and every day can be a battle by itself.

Thankfully I have jumped over those hurdles and made it to the other side where I am standing ready to hold your hand and bring you over to the other side too.
MisFIT’s aim is to help women to get their lives back through a supportive program of personal training, either one-to-one, pairs or in small groups. As a qualified Netfit Fitness Instructor, Smart Shape/Netfit Weight Loss Coach, along with plenty of experience working in gyms and being the administrator of a Facebook weight-loss support group, I am the one you’ve been looking for. I’m available for online personal training/fitness coach,  individual personal training sessions and in small groups within Tauranga.

Your journey towards a new you, starts right here with me today. No matter where you are, I’m here to help you get your life back, via Online Coaching, so you could be living in the city and not want to join a normal gym, or you might live in the middle of nowhere and have no access to a gym and no idea where to start. Either way I can help.

If you prefer the face to face way, I’m located in Tauranga where I offer a small, exclusive private gym where I work with my clients, or at one of the many parks nearby, or small group training is available as well. With plenty of giggles, fun and an understanding supportive ear (maybe two on a good day!), we will do it together!
